Grade80 Welded On D Type Load Ring With Clamp
Introduction:
D type weld on load ring is most commonly used for lifting and load restraint applications. There are 7 options with different sizes and capacities from 1 tonne for 15 tonnes. They are also used as lashing eyes. These lashing eyes are then welded on for example a trailer, so the driver has a link to connect his lashing materials quickly. These lashing eyes are provided with a lacquer finish and are therefore cheaper than stainless steel lifting eyes. limit. The materail is forged 80 alloy steel, breaking strength can bear 4 times as working load limits.

This Lifting Point is ideally suitable for lifting and lashing applications such as excavators, low loaders, lifting beams ,steel structure, container lashing, 4*4 off-road trailer, marine deck application, port, warehouse,etc.....
Widely used on farm machinery, trucks, steel hulled marine vessels nd material handling equipment.
Lifting points are made to be welded on and are designed for a fixed anchor lifting point. They has a dismountable D-ring to enable assembly of roundsling, master link or hook directly onto the lifting point. The disassembly is an easy turn of the D-ring, no tools are needed. It is a very versatile lifting point and can safely be used for most applications. The ball-bearings spring allow the load to be rotated during the lift, which is especially good when maintenance is needed on heavy tools and other types of equipment. The design allows the link to be folded over the housing when idle, allowing the lifting point to be almost completely stowed away when not in use. The closed, oblong link is also equipped with a "stay-up"-function for easy on-hooking, especially when there is limited space.
