We specialize in manufacturing different kinds of Needle Punch nonwoven fabrics which is made by 100%PP or 100%PET or mixture of PP and PET or Rayon staple fiber in different colors such as Black, White, Grey or Tan. All needle punch nonwoven can be calendared up to 4.8mts or 5.0

Calendaring system: Steel-on-Nylon Roller.

Min. Weight: 70gsm;

Max. Weight: 1200gsm;

The nonwoven can be laminated with HDPE or PE membrane to create vapor barrier system. It can be also coated with PE film as well as customer require.

We have special cutting machine, and bale press machine here. We can cut needle punch felt in any small size as customer require, and pack them by bale press machine.
