Premium-quality, multipurpose gear and bearing oils. They are developed to meet industry requirements for lead-free EP (Extreme Pressure) lubricants. The oils are formulated from paraffinic base oils and additives such as sulfur compounds (which ensure good high-speed and shock-load performance) and srus compounds (for low-speed and high-load performance). Other properties include :
o Good thermal and oxidation stability, permitting continuous use at operating temperatures as high as 100 oC (Maximum recommended temperature is 110 oC) o They are also protected against rust, foaming, separate rapidly from water and non-corrosive to steel and cast iron. o They are not suitable for copper, bronze and silver.
APPLICATION BANGCHAK INDUSTRIAL GEAR EP are recommended for splash or circulating lubrication of all types of enclosed gears especially where operating conditions involve heavy loads, high speeds and high relative sliding velocity (worm and hypoid gears) at elevated ambient and operating temperatures. The oils can also be used to lubricate other heavily - loaded parts and 'components such as couplings, transmission screws and low speed plain and roller bearings in oil-mist lubrication systems.
