Filmed face plywood (LVD)

Film plywood or Film-coated plywood is made from layers of wood that are cut thinly and bonded together with glue (exceptionally water-resistant 100% WBP - nolic by hot pressing method at 125 to 140 degrees Celsius. Filmed face plywood (LVD) is considered film-coated plywood with LVD texture. It has layers of wood arranged in the same direction but opposite directions. The layers of wood are arranged alternately: 1 vertical layer & 1 horizontal layer. With core wood such as Acacia or mixed or pine wood, its thickness is from 5.2mm to 25 mm, and its dimension is 1220 x 2440 mm (4x8 ft). In addition to the advantages of LVD texture, such as good bearing capacity and high stability, Filmed face plywood (LVD) also has benefits such as waterproof, anti-corrosion, low distortion, affordability, etc. Film plywood is a type of hardwood widely used in flat furniture products, especially plywood floors. It is commonly used for floor covering for garages, warehouses, outdoor equipment, etc.
