Product DescriptionWSI Power Steering Seals Including rotary seals on the steering shaft and reciprocating Seals on the rack shaft, are designed with exnt quality for sealing solutions of the hydraulic power steering fluid. The power steering seals are critical components to the power steering systems as they play an important role of preventing pressure loss to ensure the power steering function. WSI offers seals for both the re-circulation ball screw types and rack & pinion power steering systems.

Steering Shaft Seal1. Rotary seals installed on the steering shafts for preventing leakage and maintain lubrication.2. Bonded rubber-metal designed to ensure strength while offering exnt sealing performance.3. Secondary lip for preventing reversion of the main lip.

Rack Shaft Seal1. High-pressure resistant reciprocating seals installed on the rack shaft of the power cylinder.2. Compounded designs of rubber sealing asing and back-up rings to ensure sealing under high pressure.3. Integrated back-up rings providing further support for the sealing lips to enable better pressure resistance and prevent lip reversion.4. Hydrodynamic helix design with exnt pumping rate to further aid in sealing, reducing friction and heating thus to prolong the seal service life.

Technical InformationWSI utilizes advanced computer programs and dynamic simulation testing to ensure the WSI Power Steering Seal performs what it should offer plus better service life.Professional Designs and Testing for the Specific End ApplicationsProducts feature:1. Better performance of contamination exclusion2. Rotary seal installed in the shaft to prevent leakage and maintain lubrication3. Selected materials with high capability to offer better working temperature, anti-wear, pressure and fluid resistance4. German, Japanese and USA imported materials with SGS, TÃœV and REACH certificated5. Special design along with high quality materials to enhance resistance to forced extrusion of rubber6. Bonded rubber-metal design to ensure strength while offering exnt sealingMaterial SelectionWhile NBR is still the most widely used material for power steering seals, in many cases HNBR is replacing NBR especially for applications with higher pressure, more extreme temperature, higher friction and higher heat generation.Features of HNBR for power steering seals include: 2. Better mechanical properties e.g. tensile strength 4. Better resistance to wear 6. Better capability to maintain stability under various fluids and additives
