1860 – Masks – OTG US – Escrow Order Process
- 1) Buyer to submit LOI, ICPO and LOA.
- 2) Verification by the seller - Vetting usually takes less than 24 hours.
- 3) NCNDA.
- 4) IMFPA/Performance Bond
- 5) Attestation of Goods by Seller attorney that stock is OTG in USA.
- 6) Buyer attorney must share a BCL/MT199 to verify the funds are clean and available
- 7) Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) issued to buyer
- 8) Seller/seller’s attorney to buyer/buyer's attorney with batch and lot , security code is tracked by buyer on 3M system.
- 9) Escrow is set up and funded
- 10) Seller attorney to release SGS to the Buyer.
- 11) Escrow funds released against AWB and goods delivered
