Muskaan raw nut calibrator is fabricated to obtain a homogeneous quantity of raw cashew nuts that are further shelled. It comes with an additional dust separator which removes dust, small particles, stacks & foreign particles from the raw cashew nuts.It is a cylindrical system with the drums made up of mild steel, complying with the international food grade equipment’s standards. Poly Urethane coated shafts and pipes are provided in the cylinders to keep these calibrator drums cleaned from stuck up raw cashew nuts. Muskaan raw nut calibrator is featured by an auto feeding system which reduces labor requirement, thus saving production cost. It is fabricated to conform to the international food grade equipment standards. Calibration and cleaning of nuts further takes place in the cylindrical drums. Raw nut calibration increases the productivity per worker and quantity of wholes in the shelling section.
