Tube Filling Machines allow products such as toothpaste and cream to be filled and adhered to plastic tubes. These types of machines, which have a complex operating principle, make it possible to perform many operations simultaneously. There is a rotary table on the machine. The products go through each process sequentially in this tray. It can work automatically or manually. The tubes first go to the section that provides correction.

After correcting the tubes, the empty tubes go to the next station and are filled with the relevant fluids. Filling operations are carried out practically without any grammatical errors. The next station is the ultrasonic bonding section. At this stage, the gluing process is completed to prevent the filled tubes from getting air. Additionally, excess sections are cut meticulously. The process is completed by throwing out the ready-to-use tubes.
