RS-12 rheological stabilizer is a kind of water soluble gray powder, made up of polysaccharides of high molecular weight and modified Multi-hydroxyl silicates. It is specially designed for fluid cement based system, playing a role in thickening, suspension, thixotropic effect in low viscosity system, improving thixotropy and stability of the system; while in high salt and alkali environment, it prevents sedimentation significantly. RS-12 decreases sensitivity to water of system and greatly improves the workability and construction performance.
Dosage
The product should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1‰ to 1% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be determined through suitable tests prior to production and application.
