Nowadays, we have been producing different variety of tissue reels in three machines-PM 1, PM 3, and PM 5; BPML 3 with total capacity of 150MT per day and our new tissue machine from Andritz (PM 4, BPML 1) with latest technology brand-new machine has got capacity of 120MT per day. Machine is running for commercial productions from on September, 2018 on which our total tissue productions will reach at 270MT per day. Our machines’ final deckle sizes are as follows. PM 4, BPML 1: 280CM PM 1, BPML 3: 206CM PM 3, BPML 3: 210CM PM 5, BPML 3: 217CM At present, we produce all the grades of Virgin White Tissues for our exports at PM 5 which is a new machine as well (fully computerized DCS and well protected) from RECARD, ITALY whereupon we could produce tissues GSM starts from 12.5- 34 and may confirm 60% reels without joints and rest 40% reels may have one/two joints maximum with markings. Furthermore, we are looking forward to promote our improved quality of Virgin White Tissues from our PM 4, BPML 1 (Andritz, Austria) as for export markets. Also, we have been producing PAPERS at various GSM in 4 different plants (BPML 1, BPML 2, BPML 3, and BMPIL that is newly established one ) of which we have been exporting BMPIL papers only in South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa whereupon our papers has already been branded as ‘ Uncoated Wood Free Papers from BMPIL’. Let me brief you about BMPIL has two machines named PM 1 and PM 2 that may produce 500MT Papers in total per day and both machine deckle size is at 3400mm. Moreover, we do produce some of the Specialty Papers such as MF/OGR, Cast Coated Paper, Sticker Papers, NCR etc. in BPML 1 and BPML 3 and are upgrading our PM 2, BMPIL for making LWC and there is one offing machine under installation as for making Art Card/higher coating papers.
