Application:
1. MKP is as leavening agent, flavoring agent, fermentation agent, nutrition enhancer in baking processes
and in sake synthesizing.
Using Limited: According to FAO/WHO(1984), 3g/kg max in luncheon meat, cooked pork shoulder, cooked
ham and cooked meat; 2g/kg max in concentrated milk, sweetened condensed milk and cream; 5g/kg max
in milk powder and cream powder; 9g/kg max in cheese; 5g/kg max in frozen haddock, perch, bream,
whiting and Itachi flounder; 1000mg/kg max in broth and soup; 2g/kg in cool drink. According to our
native rules, max 5g/kg in wheat flour and 2g/kg max in beverage.
2. In medicine, MKP can acidified urine, is as agents of bacterial/yeast culture. It is buffering agent and
as agent in Chromatograc analysing. Also, it is an important raw material processing Potassium
metaste.
