FOB (FREE ON BOARD) PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller along with company profile, registration, and passport copy of a director (in charge).

( 2.) Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer accompanied with company profile and registration certificate. The buyer signs the CI and returns it to Seller along with Buyer's Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) and initially filled NCNDA/ IMPFA.

(3.) Seller issues commitment letter to supply the product to Buyer.

( 4.) Buyer provides to Seller with a (3-5) days previous activated TSR (Tank Storage Receipt) for approval on concerned storage source/availability through verification by seller’s logistic company in Rotterdam.

(5.) Seller pays Buyer’s tank farm to insert Seller's' name to Buyer's TSR (Tank Storage Receipt). In case if Buyer doesn’t possess previous activated TSR, then seller shall pay (3-5) days to Buyer's tank farm to confirm product injection readiness.

(6.) Buyer its nominated tank farm to provide Confidential Agreement Seller (with IMDG Code) in conformity to safety and readiness to receive the product at prepared storage tanks.

(7.) Seller releases to Buyer / Buyer tank storage company an injection schedule followed by notice of readiness (N.R) to commence injection of product to buyer's prepared tank.

(8.) Seller issues an Authorization to verify (ATV) accompanied with full POP to buyer via as typically consisting of the following: -a. Fresh SGS report (upon product injection, Rotterdam), b. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) . c. TSR & BL (reference copy), d. Certificate of Origin, e. Import & Export permits (by Kazakhstan Energy’s Ministry), f. Statement of Product availability, g. Title holder Certificate,

(9.) Buyer, upon satisfactory Dip Test result makes 100% payment via MT103/TT within 48 hours, Seller transfers ownership title to buyer for product lifting.

(10.) Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction, monthly extended shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and Seller.
