This PVDF HD9011 is prepared by VDF emulsion polymerization.The main chain of PVDF has alternating CH2 - and CF2 - group structure. Affected by it, PVDF has some exnt properties of PEÂ and PTFE. PVDF has exnt weather resistance, good mechanical properties, and can be dissolved with solvent to prepare solvent based coatings. Therefore, PVDF is mainly used in climate aging resistant coatings, extrusion, injection and molding products. PVDF HD9011 can prepare PVDF coating to prevent aging and corrosion of pipes and machines. Because of its strong weather resistance, it needs no maintenance for long-term outdoor use. It has been widely used in power stations, airports, highways, high-rise buildings and other fields.
