1)Complete, Sign , Stamp and Initials (each page) the NDA addressed to ABES.(attached )
2)Complete , Sign , Stamp and Initials (each page) the ABES LOI (attached )​
3)Complete , Sign , Stamp and Initials (each page) the 3M LOI (attached)
4)Complete , Sign , Stamp the letter of mandate .(attached)
5) Proof of funds .
For point 4 , the letter of mandate is to say that the order is for government or that the buyer is buying on behalf of the government , it is a specific requirement from 3M HQ , specifically for the 3M N95 1860s !!(Discount will apply)
Once documents will be received , ABES and 3M will start their Due Diligence on the buyer (usually 2 to 3days ), once we get the green light form 3M , contract and LC should follow .
Once LC is open of favor of 3M Headquarters, SGS tracking will be given to the buyer and the delivery should be taking place as the stock be gathered .
The SGS tracking will allowed the buyer to follow the evolutions of the stock of his order on a daily basis .
For 40Millions order the complete delivery should take less than 4 weeks (10Million per week).
The LC will open on CIF Basis, so once the buyer receive the goods than funds will be released to 3M.
