Steps:

1. NCNDA with all buyers intermediates

After the NCNDA the process is as follow:

·    1.  LOI sent by buyer.

·     2. Seller provides SPA draft

·     3. Buyer filled the escrow with the relevant funds for the order amount. The escrow goes via a dutch notary and lawyers office

·     4. When the escrow has reached 1M boxes, the invoice is issued for the relevant order.

·     5. Within 3 working days: Lot fresh SGS report, CE tests, datasheet/specs and pickup schedule.

·     6. After approval of the SGS, payment will be executed from the escrow

·     7. Collecting the goods within (within 7 – 10 days)
