In most of the glass plants, vessels are used as reactors, receivers, separators, measuring or feed vessels.Double Jacket Glass Distiller are available in Srical Shape from 5 to 100 liter and in Cylindrical Shape from 1 to 500 liter capacity. Jacket Glass Distiller can be supplied with vacuum pump and oil bath too. Glass Distiller is heated by oil bath or water bath.

Features:

1 ,GG17 high borosilicate glass, which can ensure good chemical and sical properties.

2, If hot oil cycles through the jacketed glass, heating experiments could be done.On the contrary, low temperature experiments can be done if the circulated fluid is cold.

3, The heat of reaction could be taken away quickly through water, which is cycling in the jacketed glass.

4 ,The design of large bottle mouth makes it easier to clean.

5, LCD display makes it is easier and more convenient to measure temperature.

Operating principles:

Double-layer glass reactor can do stirring reaction in the inner layer under the condition of vacuum. The interlayer can make constant temperature for heating or cooling reaction through the heat or cold source(freezing liquid, water or hot oil). It is an ideal modern experimental, testing and production equipment for synthetic chemicals, biormaceuticals and new marterial preparation.
