Carbon Expanded Polystyrene Rigid sheet is obtained from petroleum by polymerization of styrene monomer. It is used for thermal insulation above the outer wall sub-basement level in plastered exterior thermal insulation. It is carbon-reinforced and has lower heat conduction. It is the right choice for jacketing, as it is both economical and has low heat transmission (providing better insulation).
The difference from other EPS products is that it contains small grate particles. As it takes its color from the grate reflectors inside, it provides 20% more thermal insulation compared to other EPS insulation materials, since the grate reflects the energy of the product more, namely heat and cold.
