Stage 1,Grating:

Remove the larger particles suspended solids which floating on the surface of the raw water ,to protect the pump machine ,thread and cloth.

Stage 2,Water collecting tank :

After grating ,the water flow into the water collecting tank ,which also can store much waste textile ,dyeing water .

Stage 3,Heart exchange:

In the water collecting tank, the heart axchange reduce the waste water temp ,saving energy from wastewater

Stage 4,Adjust tank:

In this tank,the water mix with each other ,maily adjust the the is about 5--6,ensuring the steady working .

Stage 5,Electric flocculation Tanks :

l Using the electrochemical principle, producing Fe 2+,Al3+,and other metallic ion in the barrel , which will lead to redox reaction to the organic or inorganic in the wastewater;

l The actived sluge sink into the bottom ,then go through to the sluge tank with pipe.

l The water will flow into the clear water tank.

l Some wastewater return back to the electic flocculation .

Stage 8,Sluge tank:

The sluge is pumped to the plate -and -frame filter press ,by using sluge pump to dehydrate water in it.After that ,sluge shipment.

l The actived sluge sink into the bottom ,then go through to the sluge tank with pipe.

l The water will flow into the clear water tank.
