QUANTITY : 700,000 UP TO 6,000,000 BBL

DELIVERY : OBL MALAYSIA – SINGAPORE - CHINA

PAYMNET TERMS : DIP AND PAY

CONTRACT : TRAIL

PRICE GROSS : MINUS 15 ON ICE BRENT DAY OF INV.

PRICE NET : MINUS 14 ON ICE BRENT DAY OF INV.

DELIVERY TERMS : DISCHARGE BEGINS AFTER PAYMENT

PAYMENT : MT103 BANK /span>

PROCEDURE:

1. BUYER sends ICPO attaching POF.

2. SELLER sends contract for signing.

3. BUYER nominates marine agency and inspection agency.

4. BUYER nominates vessel for STS or tank for discharging.

5. BUYER to connect seller with marina and inspection companies.

6. SELLER guarantees the BUYERS’ inspector to board on vessel for

DIP test.

7. After successful results, seller sends invoice to buyer for

drawing the payment in favor of seller.

8. Once payment received in sellers’ account, seller shall authorize immediately the discharging of the cargo to the buyers’ vessel, tank, or reservoir.
