It is the copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate. The Vinyl acetate content is about 12%~14%.
 It is a higher cost performance soluble resin,having a  good banlance  of chemical resistance,solubility,film strength , thermoplasticity and good adhesion to PVC substrates.
