As an example of this mutually beneficial relationship, Miracle has performed MGC/ExL anode re-meshing and MGC/ExL cathode recoating for SPVS of Thailand New MGC/EXL anodes and cathodes have been manufactured and successfully placed into operation in existing MGC/EXL electrolyzers for Asia Pacific customers such as APP. More than 90% of the staff are experienced senior technicians in the field of electro-chemical equipment manufacture. In addition, we have hired several expert technical consultants to provide timely effective technical guidance and relevant information for the development and growth of our company. Production facilities The company possesses an annual coating capacity of more than 60,000 square meters and can repair membrane electrolyzer capacity at a rate of 3 million tons per year. The company has adopted the most advanced and automated production facilities in the world which includes an automatic pickling omatic electrostatic spraying omatic electric furnace, membrane pressure testing equipment, hot water cycle-washing device and a complete set of exnt processing equipment. The details of our critical facilities are as follows: The hot water circular washing device In order to fully leak test and ensure that every leak in a is found the is soaked for a long time in a water bath at the proper temperature to insure that its internal structure can be fully soaked. Then it goes to the washing cycle. Pressure Test Device The type of we receive from a customer determines what kind of pressure testing method we use to test for leakage. If necessary we adopt two kinds of pressure testing methods to test badly damaged membrane in order to ensure no leakage and a high-quality repair. Sandblasting Machine We use the sandblasting machine to sand the surface of material with a suitable air pressure for pretreatment and removal of the old coating . Automatic Etching (Pickling) Device Our company uses new types of acid pickling to remove old coatings or etch the new meshes and plates. We can control the amount of the material lost in the pickling process, insure against accidental injury to the structure and achieve the required amount of roughness for spray coating. Automatic Electrostatic Spraying Device We use an automatic electro-static spraying oat all types of electrodes. The result is improved uniformity, better adhesion of the coating on the substrate material, and a coating that lasts longer than a hand-applied coating. Automatic Electric Furnace Our electric furnace is automated and can coat all types of electrodes.
