Our food grade sodium polyacrylate is odorless and tasteless. The viscosity is about 15-20 times higher than carboxymethyl lose(CMC) and sodium alginate. Widely used in noodles, Bihon vermi, bread, biscuits and other wheat, rice or starch flour related products to enhance viscosity, strengthening the stickiness.
