Film faced plywood is a kind of veneer plywood covered with film , which is nolic glue (or other glue)impregnated paper.

Film faced plywood is an exterior plywood used in building and construction projects. It has a special film coating on its surface made from nol or melamine on either or both sides which gives the plywood a higher resistance to moisture, abrasion, chemical degradation and fungal attack compared to ordinary plywood.

Unlike regular plywood, Film Faced Plywood is durable against concrete and as such is widely used in panel formwork. Film faced plywood comes with a smooth or a mesh surface. Edges are sealed with water-dispersible acrylic paint. Widely used in construction industry and vehicle production. Easy to mount and work with.

It is mainly used for construction. So film faced plywood is also called shuttering film faced plywood, concrete form, shuttering concrete form, F14 Formply, F17 Formply.

Q1. What is your main products?

A: Our main products are Birch plywood, Marine plywood, Melamine faced Plywood, Okoume / Gaboon plywood, Fancy plywood, HPL Plywood, Bending plywood, Chipboard and MDF.

Q2. What is your MOQ and Can I mix several kinds to one container?

A: MOQ is 20' GP. Surely, different kinds can be fixed into one container.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% against copy B/L.

Q4. Do you have products in stock?

A: Mostly no. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.

Q5. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it takes 10 to 20 days to finish an order. Exact delivery time would be confirmed by further communication, asap

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can also producing according to technical drawing.
