sendQuick onCloud is a SaaS-based systems availability monitoring and notification management platform.

sendQuick onCloud monitors IP-addressable devices, systems, and applications via ICMP, TCP, and URL checks. Besides, it has filtering capability.

sendQuick onCloud also works well with the public cloud services to monitor systems, applications, services, and networks and flags up issues to your staff on duty. As such, moving your applications to the cloud does not mean you lose control of your operations. sendQuick onCloud still keeps you informed of your cloud status and sends alerts when there is a downtime. We receive sensor messages from cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Oracle, and others) and alert your on-call staff when there is an issue or when you consume more resources than usual.

In case of any latency issues, unplanned downtime, or changes in user-specified thresholds, sendQuick onCloud notifies the authorized personnel on-duty via out-of-band SMS, social messenger apps (e.g. egram) and collaboration tools (e.g. etc. This ensures that your designated functional teams are involved in the process and respective incidents are addressed reliably and in a timely manner.
