Brief Introduction

FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is chemically a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene.FEP HD923 with milky white or light yellow appearance, mainly used for coating and impregnation.

Application

FEP dispersion is mainly used for coating and impregnation.Suitable for the processing of heat resistant PTFE impregnated fiber surface coating,PWB, electrical insulation materials,injection film, or chemical isolation materials,as well as PTFE/FEP mutual connection melt adhesive.

This liquid also can be used for modulation of underlying substrate metal coating, and for the production of glass cloth composite antifouling coating,and polyimide composite as high insulation membrane.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420 degrees Celsius to prevent m releasing.Stiring the stored product two or three times a month to avoid any possible precipitation.

Package

Packing in a plastic drum.Each of 25KG net weight. Onto dry in the warehouse. Storage and transportation process should keep clear and dry, presenting mixed impurity. You should avoid strenuous vibration, sunlight and rain to avoid package damage.
