3、What products GB can inspect?

Our inspection covers most exports, including softrdnsumer goods and electrics.

4、Does GB offer other service ?

Yes. Apart from product inspections, GB also provides product inspections, sample picking service, container loading supervision, factory and supplier audits, sourcing agent services.

5、When can I book the inspection?

We suggest 2-5 working days before inspections/audits.

6、Can GB inspection service be performed according to my special requirements?

Yes, our services are tailored to requirements, such as using specific AQL standards, or performing a test you specify.

7、If the inspection is on Saturday, Sunday or holidays , will there be any extra charge ?

We can conduct inspection services during holidays and festivals, with no extra expense.

8、Why should I choose GB?

GB provides full service, which can save you both time and money. We have a special double-checking & controlling system to monitor inspections. 5% of the inspection cases will be double inspected by the QC Supervisor. And GB will assign different QC to factories in turn.

9、Do I need to send you a sample ?

It depends on client’s decision. For us, it is better if there is a reference sample for inspection. The sample is supposed to reach our office in Guangzhou 3 days before the inspection. Or you may choose to leave your sealed approval samples in the factory.

10、How many days should the inspection be prior to shipment

It is suggested to leave a buffer period of at least 2-3 days for inspection report generation/review and the problems found during the inspection can be remedied before shipment.

11、What information does GB inspection report include ?

Accurate description of all defects and inconsistencies, statistic analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard and plentiful spot pictures for illustration.
