 Helical sert is used to reinforce or repair all types of tappings and allows safe and highly resistant screw fitting. Particularly adapted for soft materials, sert presents a high resistance to thermal, corrosive and mechanical strain. Made of stainless materials the  thread insert consists in a diamond-section rolled eal for industrial applications. It includes a tail for easy installation, which is broken-off after insertion to allow passage for the screw.
 Two types of nserts, Free-running and Screw-lock. There are two designs of inserts… Free-running, which provides a smooth free-running thread; and, SCREW-LOCK which provides self-locking torque on the male member by a series of “chords†on one or more of the insert coils. They are available in inch series coarse and fine and metric series, coarse and fine.
Inch series inserts are also available.
 Material  stainless steel SUS304   SUS316, Bronze.
 Inserts are manufactured in standard sizes for all metric and inch thread forms. And customized size or type of inserts are also be made according to the clients’ request.
