We define caregivers as relatives or friends who provide a wide range of unpaid care to dependent children, spouses, parents, sibilings, other relatives, friends and/or neighbors. Care giving are the actions of providing care to these individuals. A caregiver is typically a family member, or friend who willingly sacrifices time, energy and, in some cases, their entire being to tend to the needs of a loved one. A caregiver as one who is prepared to be with the patient day and night, through thick and thin, providing anything and everything their care recipient needs.
