Low melt EVA valve bag is a new type of packaging bag suitable for automatic filling machines. It is mainly used for packaging of rubber and plastic mixing materials as a substitute for traditional kraft and PE bags. Using the EVA valve bag, there is no need to seal it when packing the materials and unseal it when putting the materials into a mixer.
High speed and quantitative filling can be achieved by placing the valve port on the top or at bottom of the bag to the material filling mouth of the filling machine . Different valve types are available to match different filling machines and materials. The valve bag is made of new materials developed by our company, featured with low melting point, good compatibility with rubber, solid and high impact resistance. After filled the bag turns into a cuboid, can be piled up neatly. It is suitable for the packing of various particles, powders, and ultra-fine powders.
