Vibratory Dryers is a wet process. Hence components coming out after processing from the machine are wet & must be dried properly or given any other suitable post treatment. Vibratory dryer is used for drying of wet components. The dryer is filled with water absorbing media like corn cob. The Vibratory Dryers has heating arrangement to keep corn cob warm and free from moisture.
The wet components when tumbled with warm corn cob, it gets nice wiping action and Stain Free Drying is achieved. Longer process time here enhances lustre of the components. The dryer has in built separation screen for separating drying media & components.
