YCB011

This material has higher content of CBN, higher hardness (HV3400-3800), better thermal stability and good wear resistance, it is main using in high speed and precision cutting for iron P-M material.

YCB012

Lower CBN content, finer grain structure in PCBN grade, high hardness (HV3200-3500), good thermal stability and relatively low thermal conductivity, mainly for High-speed, high-precision continuous or minor intermittent cutting for hardened steel (HRC45-65) ,it is recommended to use dry cutting.

CA1000

Al2O3+Ticn brasive resistance, suitable for continuous processing for hardened steel,ductile ion.

CN2000

Si3N4 asive resistance and good toughness combination, suitable for hardened just, gray cast iron continuous, intermittent turning. Also suitable for processing die steel and other high hardness materials.

CN1000

Si3N4 pping, exnt thermal shock resistance, suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of gray cast iron, can also achieve good cutting performance when cutting heavy-duty intermittent cutting material
