FORM FILL & SEAL FFS

OVERVIEW FFS films are heavy duty Films that are carried out on the automatic packaging machine.

FEATURES Automatic operations that package products between the weight of 10-50 Kg use heavy duty side gusseted tube in form fill seal bagging system. Our multi-color flexograc printing machine offers up to 6 colors on each side. Our FFS films are produced in harmony with customer requirements for cost-efficient packaging automation. The possible applications are virtually unlimited.

FEATURES FFS Bags are made from tube rolls. FFS film thickness starts from 80 up to 300 microns, gusseted side material-are the most economical. They are Co-Extruded in 3 layers. Usually Blends of LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE & MLLDPE. Co-Extruded bags withstand temperatures up to 93 C0, so they are well suited to handle petrochemicals that must be packaged while they are still warm.
