This is Hunan Sunshine High-Temperature Materials Technology Co., Ltd, the largest and leading melt-extract steel fiber manufacturer in China. We produced over 6000 tons of melt-extract steel fiber in 2019, which occupies nearly 50% of the melt-extract steel fiber market in China.

Our company equipped with intermediate frequency melting furnaces which enable the production of up to 6 tons of steel fiber per batch. We also have high-grade spark direct reading spectrometers to ensure the accurate chemical composition of our products. Therefore, we are able to feed large demands in a short time, meanwhile, maintain exnt product stability in both chemical composition and fiber quality between batches. For ME fibers, we have it in different lengths including 35mm, 25mm, 19mm, and 12mm. Fibers are aligned and packed 20kg/carton generally. We can also adjust our packaging if you have specific requirements. Our manufacture strictly follows ISO 9001 and AISI standards. And the goods can be delivered to SHANGHAI port within 10~15 days after we receiving your order.
