5. Adopt Taiwan precision leadscrew, Taiwan surplus tin precision lock nut, screw bearing adopts Japan NSK bearings, flexible coupling with the league, back small gap, sensitive, high accuracy, etc.

6. The pitch drive shaft adopt high precision laser interferometer, clearance error of fine pitch error compensation, make each axis positioning accuracy is more accurate, more suitable for processing of high precision parts.

VMC500, VMC600, VMC700E, VMC850, VMC1050 electrical cabinets box with air conditioning system, VMC320, VMC400, VMC420E, VMC600 standard heat exchanger (air conditioning) is optional.Cooling ability to guarantee the normal work of the machine tool in high temperature season, extend the life of the machine tool.

8. The automatic quantitative clearance centralized lubrication device is adopted to guide rail, screw moving parts such as lubrication.

9. Before sliding door and side door glass without using thick laminated tempered glass, enhance security.
