The aperture shapes of Tufflex Screen are similar to woven r rectangular, and the construction varies with either fully or partially welded. The aperture range is 1.5mm to 45mm, with a eter range from 1.5mm to 12mm, with custom-made rectangular slots as fine as 0.7mm wide.

The poly sheets can be welded on for “hot spot” impact protection or enhanced abrasion protection along the hooks.

The installation of Tufflex is the same as any cross-tension screen. The hooked edges of the Tufflex allow for fitment into existing tension set-ups without any structural modifications. Centre hold-down holes are easily accommodated.
