PROCESS DESCRIPTION

STEP 1: Obtaining of Power of Attorney (POA): Preparing of POA. Notarized translations of passport,

legalization of POA in Embassy of your country in Kiev and in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

*PROCESSING TIME: 1-2 days Cost 150USD

STEP 2: Obtaining of TIN (taxpayer identification and company (LLC) registration in Ukraine:

preparing and submitting documents for TIN, collecting TIN, preparation of constituent documents (using

virtual address), notary fee, state fee, design of company stamp, temporary director service.

We will get TIN and register your company in the Ukraine. TERMS: within 8-10 working days Cost 350USD

STEP 3: Paying a state fee for 3-year Work Permit

Please note: State fee for 3-year Work Permit is 600 USD. Work permit cannot be collected before State fee

is paid.

STEP 4: Obtaining a Work Permit for 3 year and D-visa support (submitting documents to the Employment

Authority, collecting of work permit, submitting a final work contract to the State Authority, preparing Dvisa

invitation letter, preparing insurance for D-visa, completing a D-visa application form, preparing for

interview)

PROCESSING TIME: within 15 working days you will receive all documents required for getting D-type visa.

STEP 5: Obtaining a Temporary Residence Card for 3 year (state fee, insurance and all fees are included)

PROCESSING TIME: 15 working days Cost 350 USD

STEP 6: Necessary registration of place of residence for 1year

PROCESSING TIME: 1-3 working days Cost 250USD
