PTBA project in Indonesia Service

The Palembang project in Indonesia is located in Tanjung Enim of South Sudanese province,Indonesia, which is the first power plant invested by PT.BUKIT ASAM(the abbreviation is PTBA) and totally contracted by Jiusheng Group, Jiangxi province(the abbreviation is COC). The construction scale is three boilers and three generators. The boilers are 56T/h circulating fluidized bed manufactured by Jiangliang, Jiangxi province, to match the 10 MW pure condensation plant unit made by China Changjiang Power Group.PTBA is the largest state-owned coal mining enterprise. Now, there are two power plants under construction. In order to guarantee the successful operation of the power plant,our company is entrusted with providing technical service.

This power plant was started in October, 2013.There are 10 administrative staffs appointed by PTBA, 100 apprentices and 13 local skilled workers from Indonesia.The power plant is in the stage of trial production. In the second half of May, 2012, in response to the need of the owner, we appointed some skilled workers to building the project department in Indonesia. The personnel overcame difficulties in work and life in the beginning of the work. On the basis of the commitment to the duty, they helped the owner and contractor solve practical problems and promoted the successful implementation of the project. Now, the trial run and load dump test of the three plant units have been completed and the whole reliability trial operation has been achieved, which lasted for one month. Today, the power plant is in the stage of commercial operation and the technical service is applauded by the owner.
