Production Process

Hydroxypropyl methyllose (HPMC) is made of refined cotton after being pulverized, then reacted with sodium hydroxide (liquid caustic soda) solution for alkalization, and then added chloromethane + propylene oxide for etherification reaction to form crude HPMC After neutralization (value adjustment), pressure filtration, drying, crushing and sieving, a certain fineness of pure HPMC can be obtained.
