Main Components

Rotating Screen

The rotating screen can be installed on the double shaft shredder to control the chip size. It features the rotating trommel screen around the machine body and lets the shredded oversize particles back into the shredder hopper to be shredded again.

Hydraulic Drive

The hydraulic drive system instead of motor drive is designed to work under the rigorous. It increases torque and the speed can be controlled without undesired current peaks, at same moment, it’s possible to reduce mechanical damage accordingly.

Hydraulic Feeder

When shredding large hollow items, we can fit the machine body with a hydraulic ram which forces the material onto the blades, the throughput can be increased accordingly.

Bearing Seat

Adopt engineering strengthened design and split structure in order to convenient maintenance.Meanwhile,additional dust proof clapboard can prevent liquid and scrap materials from damage bearing housing so that the life of bearing can be prolonged.

Main Shaft

The speed reducer and the blade adopt German standard spc; connection with large transmission torque. The parts were put in the main shaft are not relative sliding, the total area with many teeth is able to bear heavy load with high positioning accuracy and even connecting pressure.

Hook Crusher & Bag Breaker /Bag Opener

Double shaft shredder owns abundant types dependent on different design of blade,HC double shaft shredder is suitable for pre-shredding household garbage as hook shredder or as bag breaker bag opener also.It can adjust the height of middle counter knives ,moreover,it can adjust the clearance between the counter knife and the crushing cutter head in according to customers’ special size. All rotor knife and all counter knife adopt assembling design, can repair welding and reusing.

Blade Fixed Design and Fine Adjustment Locking Plat

The blade’s immobilization adopts inner spection and central open type with the design of holding tight structure to snap into main shaft ,meanwhile, installs fine adjustment locking plate to prevent the position shift of blade due to large torque when blades are cutting, meanwhile, it can adjust the clearance between blades through fine adjusting set screw on the fine adjustment locking plate.

Rotor structure:The rotor is set according to the characteristic and output of the raw material. Standard integrated rotor,K type detachable rotor and KD detachable can be chosen.
