Features of Trailer Rubber Torsion Axles

Torsion axles work by using rubber cords inside the axle tube to handle suspension travel and shock absorption.

Torsion axles do not use leaf springs, but instead the compression of the rubber to supply the suspension support needed.

We make unbraked and braked rubber torsion axles. Hydraulic braked axle is commonly used on heavy duty trailers to increase security.

We use heavy duty tube for beam of torsion axles.

The spindles have high bending strength as they were made by alloy steel material and treat with fire treatment after solid forging.

Bearings used on our axle are imported or Chinese famous brand, which is wearable and serve long time.

Torsion axle beam can be power coating or hot dip galvanized surface finish to prevent corrosion.
