Air blast freezer is for fresh meat, seafood, chicken, etc. It is equipped with 200mm PU panel, using cooling machines to cool down to -35C within 4-6 hours.
To keep meat in good quality, they have to get frozen in 4~6 hours, even shorter.
Normally we use Bitzer two stages compressor or screw compressor. Air cooled condenser or water cooled condenser are optional.

To anti-corrosion due to volatile gas from medicine will make the color plate easy to rust. We choose stainless steel 304, food grade, and better anti-corrosion. Some supplier may use stainless steel 430, 210, weak material, easy to be rust.
So we can freeze the fresh meat by batches.
