NEVA.LETHA – Environmentally friendly 100% PET faux leather. Our factory produces one of the finest faux/synthetic leathers in the world that is environmentally friendly, 100% PET – TPEE (thermo plastic elasto-elastomer) RECYCLABLE (70% recycled PET + 30% virgin PET currently used. This will increase in the coming years to 100% - so, good for the planet and environment). The material is SOLVENT, ree of VOC’s, NOX, DIOXIN etc..), WASTE FREE, with superior sical properties and is 100% recyclable. Chemical resistant to acids, alkali and oils with incredible sical properties; viz: UV resistant, Abrasion, Water and Weather resistant. High durability, stain, chemical and heat resistance. Flammability properties can be added at the request of the client meeting most international standards. Anti-Bacterial, Anti-Microbial, Anti-Mildew and Anti-Fungal resistant are standard in NEVA.LETHA automotive product, so exnt for future shared mobility transport with no more than a damp cloth needed to clean surfaces. LIGHT WEIGHT and 100% animal free faux leather product. The TOP and BOTTOM coats made with PET (TPEE) with a tricot weave pattern on the substrate lower layer. Superior properties to PVC/TPO/TPU equivalents (refer to attached comparison chart). Our factory can offer any PANTONE colour, printing pattern, embossed pattern and perforated pattern to your clients bespoke choice. The automotive thickness range is : 0.80mm ~ 1.30mm The standard width is : 54” / 1371,6mm Roll size : 25metre or 50metre depending on the thickness ordered wrapped around a 3” thick cardboard inner core tube with burlap and plastic protective covers for export in marine containers. NEVA.LETHA meets or exceeds even the most stringent Plastic Rolled Goods specifications, inclusive but not limited to GMW 14122 (2015 standards) and others.
