The measurement principle of the electron flow meter (AceMag) applies Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and Fleming's law. The Faraday's Law of Induction, which state that an induced electromotive force is generated in a conductor when it moves through a magnetic field, form the basis for the electromagnetic flowmeter measurements. This measurement principle is applied to a conductive fluid that flows in a pipe in which a magnetic field is generated perpendicular to the flow direction. It can be used to accurately measure the flow rate of fluids with electrical conductivity greater than 5ã²/cm.
