Pipe orbital welding device

Since most of the pipe welding processes are being done manually, their inconsistent quality is becoming a serious issue in the industry. Pipe welding in skyscrapers, LNG transporter pipes and other various high quality pipes now require high quality welding in order to satisfy its users. Also, manual pipe welding process causes various muscular-skeletal diseases in pipe welding workers. Our device uses round guide rail and a welding device that move along the guide rail. It is equipped with motor movement slides that allow the user to adjust the welding torch’s height and horizontal location. The user can use the touch screen on the control panel to set various welding conditions (welding current, voltage, speed and others). These functions allow the users to achieve consistent high quality welding in all cases.
