French Office drop your packages at the post office or give it to the carrier you want. Packages have been prepared by you, for each of your customers. They are packed and ready for the delivery. You possibly pre-paid the parcel and stated your customerâs name and address.
This dispatch solution is mostly used by foreign companies which want to use cost-efficient forwarding services (from the French Post or other carriers).

CUSTOMERSâ RETURNS
French Office offers you a centralized address in France for your customersâ returns
You get information in real time of every return, with the customerâs name either through the Web Application or the CSV interface. We can verify the goods, take pictures or proceed to a first control check.
The Web Application allows you also to edit your return slip by yourself. At your own frequency, we can forward you the consolidated products.

VARIOUS LOGISTIC OPERATIONS
French Office can relabel your packages, organize occasional promotional operations. If returned goods are damaged, we can shred the parcel on your demand.
