It is a fully automated mask production includes a masking machine and ear loop welding equipment. 175 x (80-100) mm 1- 4 layers of non-woven surgical filter type mask are included in the mask parameters. It is capable of producing 60-80 full aircraft masks every minute. It is constructed with an aluminium frame and stainless steel to provide a corrosion-resistant barrier. The key benefit is that this machine can generate a complete surgical mask with a multi-layered construction in a single shot. Each layer has a distinct purpose in terms of fluid resistance, germ barrier, and moisture absorption.

Three to four layers make up the surgical flat mask.

• First layer – nonwoven fabric 20 gsm – 190 mm
• Second layer – melt-blown fabric 18 gsm – 170 mm
• Third layer – nonwoven fabric 18 gsm – 170 mm
• Fourth layer – nonwoven fabric 14-18 gsm – 170 mm (optional)
