Industrial Grade:(1) Azelaic acid plasticizers are exnt cold-resistant plasticizers. It is suitable for artificial leather, films, sheets, sheaths, etc. (2) Diester lubricants such as octyl azelate, decyl ester and tridecane have good viscosity-temperature characteristics and high viscosity index. It is mainly used in aviation turbine engine lubricating oil, precision instrument oil, synthetic compressor oil, automobile engine oil, metal processing oil, synthetic grease base oil and plastics, chemical fiber and other fine chemical fields. (3) Azelaic acid is used for synthetic fiber. (4) Adding high-purity azelaic acid or its salts to the electrolyte of electrolytic capacitors can significantly increase the service life of electrolytic capacitors. The electrolyte composed of ethylene glycol/sric acid/water can produce aluminum electrolytic capacitors with low current leakage and high spark current. (5) Azelaic acid has applications in perfumes, oils, corrosion inhibitors, flocculants, flame retardants and stabilizers, lubricants, and raw materials for polyamide resins. Daily Chemical Grade:(1) It has good permeability to the skin. Azelaic acid can increase the absorption function of the skin when used in cream cosmetics. It can effectively inhibit the acne bacilli on the skin and block the production of fatty acids. It can also slow down the growth and block the growth of keratinocytes. The formation of melanin can prevent the formation of spots, have skin lightening and whitening functions. (2) Rhododendronic acid or its zinc salt and vitamin B6 are used in hair care products. Azelaic acid is suitable for the treatment of male hormonal alopecia with strong male endocrine, and stimulates hair growth at the same time. Derivative Grade:Derivative grade azelaic acid undergoes washing and adsorption treatment. Derivative grade azelaic acid has less impurities, good color and high light transmittance.
