GH5605 (GH605)1. Introduction:GH5605 is a Co-Cr-Ni-based solid-solution-strengthened deformed superalloy with a service temperature below 1000°C. Add Ï(Cr) 20% and Ï(W) 15% to the alloy for solid solution strengthening. The alloy is suitable for working in the environment of jet engines, gas turbines and marine atmosres. The minimum temperature of oxidation and carbonization resistance is 870°C when working under intermittent conditions, and it can withstand high temperatures of 1090°C when working continuously under air conditions. The alloy is very sensitive to the content of silicon can promote the formation of Co2W-type Laves se when the alloy is exposed between 760°C and 925°C, thereby reducing the room temperature plasticity of the alloy. Therefore, Ï(Si) should be controlled in the alloy. <0.4 %.2. PerformanceThe alloy has moderate durability and creep strength below 815°C, exnt oxidation resistance below 1090°C, and good process properties such as machining and welding.3. UseGH5605 has been used to manufacture high temperature components such as aero-engine guide vanes, turbine outer rings, outer walls, vortexers and seals.4.
