Description:

This product is refined cracking wax with high molecular weight, small thermal weight loss and high dispersion. It has exnt performance used for PVC products, cable, color master batch and rubber etc. L110 is food grade, Its quality compare favorably with Honeywell from AC-6A、AC-617、AC-6、AC-657 .

Application Field:

*For hot melt adhesive: It can Improve liquidity of products which based on polyolefin or EVA .The reference dosage is10-30% .

*For PVC: It can be used as external lubricant in rigid PVC products. The reference dosage is 0.5-1.

*For Mater Batch: It can improve the dispersity of pigment and filler when produce master batch. The reference dosage is 5-10%.

*For Cable Filling: It can improve the shielding effect of moist invasion. The reference dosage is 5-10.

*For Rubber: Add the PE Wax when produce rubber. It can Protect rubber from the erosion of electrostatic ozone, Increase the dispersion of carbon black in rubber. The reference dosage is 2-10.

*For candle: Increase the opacity and Mechanical properties of the candle, extend candle burning time. The reference dosage is 1-4%.
