Al-Amylase
I. Brief Introduction
Xiangyu Al-Amylase is made of Bacillus Subtilis in the fermentation and extraction method according to China Industrial standard GB/T 24401-2009. It is specially designed for animal feed and is widely used in poultry, livestock, ruminant, aquaculture feed.
II. Definition of Activity:
The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1mg of starch in one hour at .0, and 60°C is defined as one enzyme activity unit and marked with u/g.
III. Characteristics:
1. Heat stability: Stable at 60°C or below; Optimum operational temperature 60 -70°C; Applicable to the liquefaction process of 90°C (highest).
2. Stability: More stable at .0-7.0; Optimum operational below .0
